Important: Please Review Immediately Upon Delivery Because our products are premium chocolates, they are perishable and sensitive to heat. We take great care in packaging them to survive the Philippine climate, but we ask that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
1. Perishable Goods Policy
Due to food safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of chocolate products once they have been delivered. Please do not send your purchase back to us.
2. Damaged or Melted Items
We want you to experience Coco Dolcé at its best. If your order arrives significantly damaged or melted, we will replace it or offer a refund/store credit under the following conditions:
- Report within 24 Hours: You must contact us at info@cocodolce.co within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Photo Evidence Required: Please include your Order Number and clear photos or video of the damaged product and the condition of the shipping box.
- Resolution: We will review your claim and, if approved, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund to your original payment method (or store credit, if preferred).
3. Incorrect Items
If we sent you the wrong flavor or product, please let us know within 24 hours. We will send the correct item to you immediately. You do not need to return the wrong item—feel free to keep it or share it with a friend!
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (e.g., for out-of-stock items or authorized cancellations):
- We will process the credit to your original method of payment (PayPal, GCash, or Bank Transfer).
- Please allow standard bank processing times (usually 3-10 business days) for the fund to appear in your account.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or “short-expiry” clearance items cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a non-delivery or cancellation, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
